I hope everyone is enjoying spring and not letting the winter temps keep them down. This Wednesday is World Book Night. What will you be reading? I’m reading Me Before You by Jojo Moyes. Hopefully, on Wednesday I will be on those last few pages, because we will be discussing it at book club on Thursday night. (I LOVE book club!) So far, I’m enjoying it, but it’s a sad story, so depending on how I’m feeling it can be easy or hard to pick back up.
This post is short and sweet, because I’m exhausted. I have not gotten more than 5 hours sleep per night all week. I really need about 6 1/2 – 7 to function properly. Whenever, I get too many commitments on my plate the stress socks me by robbing me of sleep. Do any of you have sleep issues? How do you break non-sleep cycles without the use of meds?
